The New Britain Museum of American Art (NBMAA) is the first Museum in the country with a singular focus on American Art. There are several family-friendly things to do at the Museum including scavenger hunts, hands-on-art projects, makerspace, a  sculpture garden and more! Visit the front desk for coloring activities and specific family activities to engage your children while visiting the museum. 

The Russian School of Mathematics is an award winning K-12 after-school math program that empowers students to achieve excellence for over twenty-five years.

The Friends Learning Center provides literacy-based enrichment classes for preschoolers. We will be offering Summer 2024 classes!

Join the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth this summer for rigorous, fresh, and fun in-person academic programs held at 10 locations in California, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island. CTY's three-week day and residential programs for advanced learners in grades 2-12 offer 70+ courses in math, science, writing, and the humanities, plus social activities like talent shows and dances. CTY challenges students and connects them with an engaged community of learners from around the world. Residential students in grades 5-12 experience learning and living on a college campus. Before and after care is available for day students in grades 2-6 and lunch is included. Online programs in dynamic virtual classrooms are also enrolling.
